My name is Sheila, and I’m an experienced American expat with over 20 years of international living experience. I’ve navigated residency processes, digital nomad visas, and tourist visa systems across 34 countries, primarily as a solo female traveler.
I’ve experienced the highs and lows of expat life: launching a business overseas, adapting to new cultures, overcoming health challenges, and learning how to truly thrive outside the U.S.
